Volunteers Needed

We need amazing women to sign up for a minimum 2-hour shift at the desk of our front office. As a volunteer you will be assisting with phone calls, receiving donations, and managing front door access to the shelter. Our shelter is staffed from 7 am - 12 pm and 4 pm- 7 am,  7 days a week. Volunteers are needed daily from 12 pm-4pm in order for our residents to stay in the building. You can sign up for one 2 hour shift or both.

Are you interested in volunteering in other ways? You can volunteer as a mentor to one of our ladies or be a prayer sister. We also need your help in fundraising, organizing donations and/or helping with yard work. 

All volunteers must agree to a background check by Safe Haven of Mt. Carmel. By submitting this application you are giving Safe Haven permission to conduct a background check. A hard copy Volunteer form must be signed in the office prior to your first shift.
